Who we are

Atrium Management Ltd. (“Atrium”) operates the atrium-sofia.com website, which provides the SERVICE. This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the atrium-sofia.com website.

When you interact with us, you may share personal information with us which helps us to identify you (e.g. name, email address, address, telephone number). This is known as “personal data”. This Policy sets out the common privacy principles, as well as the new GDPR Standard, which requires an even higher level of compliance from Atrium.

The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. Atrium will never sell your personal info to third parties, and we will not use your personal name in marketing statements without your permission. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data

Atrium may process, inter alia, one or more types of the following personal data:

  • job applicants and Atrium personnel, relating to their (potential) role within Atrium including contact details, résumé, professional development, personnel file, benefits, compensation, etc.;
  • Atrium employees’ family members and dependents, relating to employee benefits and services;
  • online registered users of the platforms of Atrium;
  • consumers/members of the public, some of whom also become direct customers, relating to the services we provide to them or that they ask us about;
  • business associates and personnel of Atrium’s suppliers and other agents for the management of the business relationship;
  • the personal data of the complainants, persons who entered in a written correspondence with Atrium or deposited with documents containing their and / or foreign personal data and of other persons who, in any case, have contacted Atrium in its capacity of a data controller, and
  • images captured via CCTV cameras while Data Subject is within the Atrium’s premises.
  • Other information collected on paper or electronically for visitors in the Atrium` premises.
  • Information about personal details of representatives of clients or customers.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, email address and company name. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Comments

When you leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Atrium shall retain Personal Data in either hard-copy or electronic form (or both) only for a specific period (“Retention period”), which in any case will not be longer than:

Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

What rights you have over your data
